Directions

Use daily. Apply 2-3 pumps to your upper body in the morning to energize, then to your lower body in the evening for relaxation (especially where skin is thin for optimal absorption). Massage in well for best results. Do not use the lotion on broken or irritated skin areas. If you experience any discomfort, including a tingling sensation, discontinue use immediately.
