I wanted to try this product to help with insomnia and pain from arthritis. My sleep when I finally get to sleep is much deeper, I’m still having trouble falling asleep (I’ll try some melatonin) and when I wake I do feel as if I have had a great sleep. The upside is that my energy levels have improved and I’ve now lifted out of a two month flare, which is awesome 😊
